I am looking for a small device that I can use in a toy in which I can store voice phrases.

I would be more than happy to Google it - but what is it called?

Is this for mass production or just a small quantity? I believe that a number of those kind of chips need to be programmed at the factory. "Digital Sound Chip" seems to bring up a bunch of hits from Chinese companies.
