Lately I've been getting calls related to 757 Air Data Computer pin programming changes we've been making to accomodate ops in UK airspace. Apparently, UK has different rules than FAA for MMO/VMO settings.
Anybody, got any background on what drives the differences and why. Aren't these aircraft certification issues vs operational rules? The SBs don't really get into any detail on the reason for the differences.
