Views must be same in Project 98

My group is having a difficult time with views. I want to create a project and send it out to a group of users. Currently, when they open it, it opens in different views with different formatting, and I want it to appear to them EXACTLY the way that I see it and have it set up on my CPU. (I did write VBA that "On Open" sets view to "Gantt", and it works, but the rest of the properties are lost. (Format of date, fit to size, etc).

Suggestions?
