What are the (1) applicable codes and (2) possible issues with excessive vibration of a dry fire sprinkler system?
The sprinkler is located in a mill building in a non-seismic zone, and the vibration is caused by an electric pallet jack used on the floor above.
Is there a possibility that the vibration will cause a more than normal build up of rust/debris in the sprinkler pipes? Are there any other possible issues?
