For the design of a foundation for a combustion turbine and its generator, I need to asses the “Dinamic Shear Modules” (G) of a rock of marine origin in Venezuela, similar to the “Florida Key Stone” .
Is there anyone out there that can help providing me with the geological characteristics of the Florida Key Stone?
I need all or any of the following parameters, all for small strain deformations:
1.- Dinamic Shear Modulus (G)
2.- Young’s Modulus (E) for small strain.
3.- Poisson Coeficient µ
4.- Coefficient (or Modulus) of Subgrade Reaction.
5.- Typical allowable bearing soil pressure for sustained loads.
