Hi EngTips team,
How do people interpret the (LL x I = 2.25) and (OL x I = 1.49) load factors in table 3.2 of the New Zealand Transport Authority Bridge Manual (SP/M/022)?
For ULS cases:
is a designer supposed to multiply I to 2.25 for an HN load or does the 2.25 value include the 1.3 dynamic factor?
