I need to buy the UBC 1997, but I was unable to understand if in the UBC 1997 are contained the seismic and wind design data of all world.
For me is an important information

The UBC 1997 does not have the seismic and wind design data for the entire world.

The UBC, as the other codes....Southern Building Code and BOCA, indicate the loadings for the US and territories.

I shoul have another question: IBC 2000 (International Building Code 2000) It's equivalent to the UBC 1997.?
