two 4-20ma loop sources isolation

Hi,
I want to transmit a 4-20ma valve position to a control system. However the CPT in the actuator supplies power to the loop and the control system I/O also supplies the loop. Neither can be changed without considerable expense. Is there any way of isolating the two loops or any opto isolators taht will take a powered loop on the input and output?

Yes there are some. I think Automation Direct FC-33 will do what you want.
Moore Industries also make one, but I dont have the model.
