Dear All,

We are manufacturing the shell & tube heat exchangers, and got additional testing requirement for client that is
" Tubes will have a control by current of Foucault according to the norm NF A49-872
(use Tube standard for Foucault current test n°100M4241")

Please suggest where I can found this standard, is this same as eddy current ?

Sorry if it has been discussed before.

Yes, the Foucault current or eddy current are the same think. Foucault has been credited with the discovery of eddy current.
