Transverse feature Zig-Zag

I created some transverse lines for a pond. But it shows some Zig-Zag lines.
Do I need to manually drop (explode) those line strings and delete angle lines?
Or, did I missed some steps or created it in a wrong way?

Looks like you missed something along the way. I would also look at your Feature Style to make sure the display properties are correct.
