Translate Auto-cad files from english to Spanish

I have several files I am going to send to one of our plants in Mexico. These are electrical & line layout drawings does any one know of a program that will work with auto-cad 2000i to convert these to Spanish text.

if it exports all text from dwg to excel without problems, then let me know so I can send you the reverse macro that imports translations from excel into the drawings.
