Tif's into drafting side

Is there away to import tiff's into the drafting side of ideas? I have several images from our customer that I would like to add to the drafting side. These images are of there drawings.

Unfortunately not, I-DEAS cannot import a raster file.

I suggest you request a vector format file from your customer, ie. DXF or DWG
