Look a oilfield inflatables. They design the bladder (rubber tube to expand to about .060" thick when expanded. The strength come from a steel slat back-up, or a weave cable back-up impregnated in rubber cover. alone, the rubber is too weak and expands unlimited until it fractures. You need to r=trap the expanding rubber with an extrusion barrier
