Dear sir/madam
would you please to reply following:
1)what is design criteria for turbine with heller type cooling system
2)what is diffrence in lp turbine with wet and dry heller cooling systm
3)what is the limit of back pressur in wet &heller type cooling system
4)we have 325 MW turbin with heller type cooling systm and the back pressure is 9.8 kpa and we operate the turbine with 2 limitation in vacuum one point is 49 and the other is 43 please be noted that the atmos. pressure is 82 kpa so during the windy wether we have limitation on vacuum and we have to deacrese the loade immidiatly.i will be very pleased if send to me your advise to solving this problem
