Teamcenter viewer using Reader toolbar vs Acrobat 9.5 toolbar

Teamcenter 8.3.3.8, NX 8.5.1.3

I have 2 workstations. On one, Teamcenter viewer displays the PDF with Acrobat 9.5, and the other with the simple Acrobat Reader.
Both workstations associate .pdf with Acrobat 9.5

Is there a setting on Teamcenter I can check or somewhere other than Set Associations in Control Panel?
