TBM soft eye opening for RC shaft.

I am currently preparing a paper regarding soft eye openings for TBM tunnel launching shafts using FRP reinforcing bars localised in areas where TBM's will penetrate diaphragm walls to exit the shafts. I would be most grateful if anyone could refer me to any case history that may be available regarding this method to give me a bases of referral and practical experience.
