Table Driven Parts inside an assembly

I need to make an assembly but I want to include a table driven part. This part has 2 diferent versions (instances with diferente values for the variables) and I want to include them both in the assembly. But every time I try to change one to other version the other instance also change. What can I do to have them both with diferent version?
I really need this done to finish a project.

Dear Esteva;

You will need to create 2 seperate parts, each will use variables to control all the dimensions. Some of the variables will be the same for both parts, you will need different variable names for the dimensions that are different in each part.
