Hello guys,
I'm new to this kind of topic and I have a question for you to see if I can reduce the waste of sheet metal in my company.
My company produces heating boilers and uses concrete to build their walls. The shape of our boilers are cylindrical and in order to produce this shape we use a mold that consists in an assembly of thin sheet metal parts. After the mold is ready we fill the whole structure with concrete.
So far so good, the problem is that most of these sheet metal parts adhere to the concrete and when we are trying to remove the mold, the sheet metal parts have to be deformed to get them off.
Are there any methods to stop the concrete from adhering to the mold?
