Strange Sketch Issue 2

I'm sure somebody will be able to answer this in 5 seconds but I can't figure out what is going on. I create a new sketch and draw a rectangle. I then grab the right hand vertical line and move it to the right to stretch out the rectangle but instead of the rectangle stretching the line is the only geometry that moves. I tryed the same thing on a different PC and the rectangle stretchs like it should. Is there an option for this that I can't find?

Try Looking at the following setting:

Tools-Sketch Settings-Detach Segment on Drag

If this setting is checked then you will experience the current behavior you are having.

Thanks CADGemini, you sent me to the right place. It wasn't the "detach segment on drag" but it was the "no solve move" that was giving me the problem, I am not sure how the two differ.
