Can you provide some details about this analysis - what kind of problem are you solving, what are the boundary conditions, loads and so on ? This image suggests either an overlaid/superimposed plot or some part of the model that detached from the rest.
 
Also, I find even the most normal deformations look really odd when the scale set high, yours is some like 1300X.

Its a glass beam with a line load added as a pressure (1.25 kN/m) = (1.25*1000/0.3 = 40667)
3100mm long 300 mm deep 30mm wide
fixed (x,y,z)at the two ends only

Does the beam consist of a single part or is it made of two connected layers ? If it's uniform then most likely the error is caused by wrong setting in Visualization module or some software issue (unlikely).
