Are there acceptance criteria for flaws found in steam turbine diaphragms? We're in the process of performing dye penetrant tests on our diaphragms and we're coming across small indications in the casting and previous weld repairs. Trying to see if there are documented/accepted criteria for deciding was is or is not relevant.
