STAAD COLUMN BRACING

I AM TRYING TO MAKE A PROGRAM IN STAAD WITH A 30FT COLUMN. BRACING Y-Y 1/3 PTS. PINNED AT BOTH ENDS. WITH A DEAD LOAD AND LIVE LOAD. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME HOW TO PUT CODES IN FOR THE 1/3 OF THE LENGTH BRACING AND THE LOADS. SHOULD IT BE A JOINT JOAD AT THE TOP? OR A CONCENTRATED LOAD THROUGHOUT?

In the Steel Design section, set the LY length parameter to 1/3 of the length. Be sure to use the right units.
