SPI Database Transition / Migration Procedure (From one geographic location to other)

As EPC company, We have been awarded new project of HOSTing SPI for 10 companies in different countries.

Case study:

1) Presently the HOST is in country 1.

2) New HOST is in Country 2. and Users are in other countries (say 3 to 10).

3) All Users will get Citrix login for remote access.

All the information to start the database transition is available.

Query: Please anyone help me to list the brief steps to do Database Transition / Migration.

Note. Actual data transfer will be done by professional administrators. I am just asked to prepare the Database Transition procedure. So please just list out the steps involved.
