Hi,

I'm a new user of SolidEdge (ST2), I'm use ST2 MP6...

When i thread a hole, a message appears : no correlation with the file Holes.txt ... despite I used a hole Ø that exist on the "Holes.txt" file?

For information, I have set up "regional and language options" of windows to use "." and not "," on SolidEdge, therefore, my problem does not come from this.

Somebody have an idea?

Thanks.

As you say "when I thread a hole" does that mean you are adding a thread feature to a hole you have already created?
If that is the case try changing the hole type from simple to threaded, and then select the appropriate thread size from the list. You will save having to create a seperate thread feature.

Hi beachcomber,

Thanks, I use this solution on my design...
But I search a solution for imported files.

Best regards.

Verify that the hole dia on the imported file matches the value in the SE holes.txt file. Even if it's off by just a little then it wont work.

You might need to set your measurement readout to more decimal places to check the diameter is correct.
