Our company is currently using Eagle Point software however, we are looking a swiching to something else. We primarily design residential developments and we do some public road design. We are currently looking at LDD(softdesk) and SurvCadd(carlson software). Does anyone have experience with these software packages? If so what do you think? Does anyone have any other software suggestions? If so please let me know. Thanks.

We are looking at Eagle Point Software. Why are you wanting to change?

I have been using LDD (and its predecessors) for the past 15 years. I feel that the industry standards are either LDD or Microstation with inroads or Geopak. More and more municipalities are requiring digital data to be filed and you will need software with the capability of producing the format that they require. [sig][/sig]
