Sizing Vacuum flow rate

Hi everyone!

I am studying about vacuum relief valves (like this

Does anyone knows how can I find the flow rate? I would like to know how the flow rate varies with pressure. Does anyone knows any formula or standard about this?

From my side of engineering, I generally have to calculate how much flow is needed and ask vendors to provide a device that can meet my calculated flow rate. Others may be able to comment on the mechanical design of these types of relief valves.
