Shell force output

Is there a way to export the forces on a shell element? I can export to excel the "shell forces" but they are the forces at the nodes of the element and are not representative of the contours on the element.

THe contour is interpolated by the joint forces. Not real calculated value. So if you want to see the detail force in a single element, you should use finer mesh.
