Selecting Chemical Engineering Consulting Firms 1

Can anyone suggest some chemical engineering firms, preferably in Texas, that are familar with providing services to small, independent companies? My company has developed a new process and we would like to have it engineered, through construction and start up. However, most of the firms that we have contacted to date seem to think that we are the size of a major oil company. We are not and frankly, we need a little hand holding. <br>
