I'm new to Acad 2000. I have tons of experience (using and programming) in Microstation and Acad (up to Release 10) until about 5 years ago. Now I am back into the scene and having practical trouble manipulating viewports. I don't have problems understanding the concepts - but haven't figured out how to move, add, delete viewports, and by extension, paper space. I would like to cut off some of the "trial and error" learning curve. I am the lone designer (ha ha Tonto) at a local E & C co., so I don't have access to someone else with experience. The Autocad 2k book hasn't been much help either (same for the tutorial). I will be heading to the bookstore this week to cough up the cash for a book, but I wanted to ask the forum for tips first. Could I get some basic education from y'all (Yea, I'm from Texas - Don't hold that against me)? [sig][/sig]
