Does anyone know of a source where Angular Contact Bearings can be obtained that are sealed or shielded on one or both sides?

I am not looking for high pricision spindle bearings just the standard ACB in a variety of sizes.

I understand that Barden used to offer a RSD design but it has been discontinued.

Thank you for any leads.

FAG make sealed angular contact bearings (mainly for machine tool spindle applications). They are available with steel or ceramic balls. But unfortunately they are high precision, so they may be too expensive for your needs. Barden is now actually a part of FAG.

Kaydon makes these as well.
Not sure about FMC or Avon.
Try Reliance.com

You might want to search on
conrad bearings.

Ok, Kaydon makes some thin section angular contact bearings, Nilos makes auxilary seals for bearings that are not commonly sealed, Boca bearings is a wholesaler, and although they have bearings made special for them, they are not a manufacturer.
INA added to their line, with no publicity, sealed and shielded angular contact bearings, flush ground on both sides for universal pairing, in standard ABEC 1 precision, with standard 40º contact angle. The seals are different sizes on either side, due to bearing construction. They appear in INA Catalog # US 509, pages 166-169.
Try a search in INA's website. a standard sealed # would be 7204.BE 2RS
