Has anyone for an appreciated feed-back, some archive, paper, images or otherwise practical information on the merits and use (incl. precautions!) of a seabed leveler (also called a plough) (or bed-roller) used to smoothen dredged profile.
Bottom is usually left behind by the Trailing Suction Hopper Dredge with "high spots" and/or troughs.
Plough (or even called "Screed"
is lowered and towed behind either a workboat (anchor-handling etc.) or a tugboat with ample power. (bollard-pull).
