Hi, my scope is simulate the return of a rubber sample after that it is stretched.

The result (in the retraction phase) is not realist, the sample shows some waves.

My model is a simple 2D rectangular, it is encastred on one side, and with a concentrated force in the other side (I have used MPC link).
Element type : CPS4R
In the first step the force is applied, in the second step (explicit) it is released. Material: Neo hooke (c=1 D=0 density = 1e-9 tonne/mm^3)

In attachment there are the input file.

There is someone that can help me to understand what is the problem?
