Rolls Royce Turbine Power Derate

Does any one one a rule of thumb or method to derate the power on Roll Royce Gas Fired Power Turbines?

I have a RR 501KC7 that Id like to Derate under 128 ft of elevation and 90F. The manufactured rated Horsepower is 7200.

Did you call your Rolls support team?

(By the way, be explicit about both the maximum and minimum actual air pressures and air temperatures! 128 foot "elevation" implies a ground level of 128 feet above sea level, right? But humidity, air temps, spray water (if any), and inlet filter design are going to be more important.)
