RISA 3D - tools menu 1

I recently upgraded to RISA 3D V19 and I am trying to link my RISA Section file to my RISA 3D model. In the previous version, "tools" was at the top of the menu bar and I was able to click and find the tab to browse for the RISA section file I had created for the project. Does anybody know how to do that in the new version of RISA 3D?

I believe you have to go to the File Menu and then select Application Settings. I think this covers just about anything that was in Tools - Preferences.
