Resize datum plane without rollback 1

Hi all, I am with NX6 and when I try to edit a datum plane without rollback, I mean only edit parameters, I can't resize it, the small balls to resize it are missing, in NX5 I can resize the datum planes in both modes, with and without rollback.

What has happened with this feature?

I tested this in the latest version of NX 6 and it appears that there is a regression from the NX 5 edit behavior and I've opened a PR to that effect and will report back what I learn when I get a status update.
