Afternoon Chaps and Chapesses,

Is there an easy way of changing the draft template in multiple SE drawings after we have updated the template, or is it a case of tediously copying and pasting each drawing across to the new border?

Cheers for the advice (in advance!)

There's no easy way to do this in SE at this time, not sure if it's improved in ST since we don't use it. Here's a few way's Ive accomplish new standards for Title Box templates.

1. If for example you just changed information on the TB. What you do is, open the new template, go to Background sheet, go to select options and turn off text (this only works depending how you setup you titlebox). You now select the TB and copy. Now in the current drawing go to background and select the border and delete. now paste the new template in.

2. Now if you change for example your dimension style or add a new one. You create a note with the new dim style and them copy and paste it in to a current drawing then delete the note. Now that new style will be in the new drawing. If you update a style, there no easy way to update it. We typicaly just update the style in the current drawing.

If you need a more descriptive way, i can maybe do up some pics for you.

I just downloaded it and i can't get a english version so i don't know if it works or not

seems an English description is missing altogether but this
should work I think:

- make a shortcut to the program on your desktop
- RMB on it --> properties
- within field Target put one space after the file path
and then key in EN_en
close with OK

This should do. The English text string can be found within
the folder NLS. The Properties.txt is the default one and
can be replaced by one of the others (the file name must be
preserved as is looks)

The default for exchnage is by form number so be on your guard
when 2 equal forms but with different contents are used -- they
will both be chnaged to the first matching form. There is however
an option available to exchange by sheet names but I haven't figured
out how it works
