I created a simple extrusion and an extruded cut inside it., then I created an off center and tilted axis and made a circular pattern out of them:

Now I want to remove all the intersections inside the new formed body, keeping only the new formed perimeter.

How can I do this in SW2006?

Thanks

Have you looked into the combine feature?
I will look into it more tomorrow.

How about deleting the extruded cut, keeping the pattern and shelling?

A star for dgowans. I think he's got the solution with the lowest feature count.

Another alternative is to pattern the inside surface and trim the solid before patterning it.

If the axis of rotation is offset & tilted, a circular pattern would create a non-uniform perimeter thickness ... no matter what shapes the base and cut extrusions were.

The Combine function would be the simplest method.
