Hi, friends!

I got my training in time studies in a production/operations management class (I was a Business Administration major with a mathematics/physics minor.) And this was several years ago.

When we have to perform time studies on a larger scale than just one textbook example we turn to some sort of software, eh? Anyone have experience with Ease?

Also, what is MOST that I've seen referenced. And, by the way don't hold the Bus. Adm. degree against me. I am a real engineer because I know that I have to explain to management how we'll implement and the economics, etc.

Ah, I know we're all professionals here! Talk to me, it's my first post.

MOST is a predetermined time system developed by the HB Maynard company. A good description is found in the 5th edition of Maynard's Industrial Engineering Handbook.

I AM mOST CERTIFIED AND ALSO USED GSD BECAUSE THAT IF YOU COMPARE WITH MODAPTS, MTM, GSD AND CHRONOMETER IT IS THE BETTER SYSTEM AND IT IS SO EASY.
