Regulations for the number of Dimensional inspections. 2

I am going to check the dimensions of the product with Pressure vessel made of ASME Sec.VIII Div1.

However, the customer asks you to do Dimensional Inspection 3 times.
(1.Before Pressure test, 2.During Pressure test, 3.After Pressure test)

I wonder if there are any rules in ASME Code regarding this.

The customer can request anything they want (if it is over and above code requirements) but they must pay for it.
Unless, and this is the important part - it is listed anywhere in purchase or quality documentation.

There are no rules in Sec VIII. for Dim. Verification three separate times. Check out, UG-90, UG-95, UG-96, UG-97.

Sounds like overkill to me, but as stated above, it depends on what you signed up for.
Some clients believe more redundant inspections will improve a product's quality.
