RC Shear Wall Design Question

Hello Ladies & Gentlemen,

I have a question regarding this shear wall that I wish to analyze. In order to find the amount of jamb steel needed for the left and right shear wall, I need to know how much dead load is on the wall to resist overturning. Should I consider only the wall weight and half the span of the slab to the next interior wall as my dead load or can I use more? Since this structure is divided up into cells, I am quite confused has to how much weight I can use. The interior walls are load-bearing, but since the strip footing is only around the perimeter of the structure, I assumed that most of the weights won't transfer to the left and right shear walls. Please let me know how I should continue analyzing this structure.

That would be my assumption as well.

That's how I'd probably do it by hand. Maybe a little less load if the spanning element tying in were continuous over the neighboring support. Obviously, the "true" answer is really just however much dead load makes it's way to the shear walls when the structure is analyzed.
