radiant and convective heat transfer calculations for light bulbs

Can anyone tell me how to calculate heat tranfered from ordinary incandescent and flourescent light bulbs? ( radiant heat and convective heat)??

For ex. how much would the temp of a tank of water be raised by a 150 watt (metal halide) bulb suspended about 1 foot above the water surface?
