QS9000 Lab Scope

My problem stems from the incorperation of a measurement lab for dimensional layouts and spectometer readings, etc. I work for a company that has been QS9000 certified for the last 3 years but now we need to add a labratory to our documantation. Does anyone have any idea where i may find an example of a labratory scope that satisfies QS9000 requirements? It would help to have a model to follow.
