PVC Pipe Elastic Modulus?

I'm trying to find out the elastic modulus of a PVC I have. I'm making and instrument out of it and I need to know the modulus to determine the fundamental frequency.

Can someone tell me what the modulus would be for a D-3034 SDR-35 Pipe. I know that the pipe stiffness is 46psi.

How do I convert this to Elastic Modulus?
