PVA Bonding agents.

Does anybody have any information regarding the longterm behaviour of PVA based bonding agents for concrete under wet and dry conditions?

I have been told that the long term behaviour is not good in wet area yet the material has dilution proportions etc.

My first question is "Is your PVA crosslinking??" If it is not, you will have a horrible time in a wet environment. Crosslinking is not a guarantee if submersed, but under moist conditions (i.e. boats etc.) it will perform well.
