PSU End caps

Hello,

I am working on mechanical design of the PSU (150W) components like housing, end caps etc.

I am planning to consider plastic end caps with metal housing.
Reason : faster prototype, electrical insulated, slightly flexible etc.

Any of you see any issues in this combination in regards to UL regulations.

Any precautions that I should take care of.

Please share your thoughts & comments.
