Program called "Visual Analysis"

Has anyone ever heard of &quot;Visual Analysis&quot;?<br><br>I have looked for it on the net, and found a couple of obscure references to it, but nothing important. I really need to know something about this program, specifically regarding any limitations that it may have. So if you know anything, please let me know.<br><br>Thanks!
