Printing to Acrobat Distiller from AutoCAD VBA

Does anyone know a good way to avoid the prompt for filename and view output in Acrobat when printing to Acrobat Distiller? I can specify a .pc3 file but then it plays havoc with my print settings and my drawings come out all screwy. What I would like to do is print the drawings to PDF, centered, extents,scale to fit with my choice of CTB and Papersizes but not have the option to select the file name. Also, I want to specify the output path for the PDF file that distiller prints.
