Good morning.

I was wondering if anyone knows of a good resource/reference for determining lateral earth pressure on a simple, cantilever retaining wall with box culverts or a pipes passing through it at an interval. It's somewhat of a unique situation that resembles what you might find in a canal/river, but I have not been able to find any good resources for determining the soil pressures.

Thank you.

The lateral soil pressure is a function of soil type and depth. It does not change simply because there are holes or openings in the retaining wall.
