I have been looking for information on slab stock polyurethane processes, i.e. how is flexible polyurethane foam made? I know the chemistry I would like to know about actual processes. I am also interested in what might be typical residuals in the foam produced. What is typical treatment to remove residuals? Any and all info welcome.
