Polymer manufacturing

I have a project of estimating the cost of a polymer manufacturing factory.
What are the procedures for calculating the cost of building a polymer manufacturing line . Except of calclating the cost of the basic machines what should i add?
For example : Conveyor + x% of material etc... ??
Labor cost?
Construction estimate.

Estimating is a complex area. If you are still in a position where you're required to Estimate Plant Construction costs contact me. I'll try to assist.

My recommendation(s) would be dependant on your requirements.
In general there are OOM (conceptual +/-25-30%), Budget (+/-15-20%) and Definitive (+/- 10%) accuracy Estimates.
They vary in methodology and cost and are extremely dependant on the quality and quantity of information that is available. I have Factor data on a variety of facility types.

Dear Doron,
I suppose that you have to add the following terms :
1. - Cost of Basic Machines:
- FOB Price;
- Shipping Expenses;
- Shipping Insurance Costs;
- Supplementary transport ( from port / airport to factory) expenses;

2. - Cost of Auxiliary Machines / Systems
as Conveyor, Weighing, Cleaning, Dosing Bins, Storage Bins taking ito account the same model as in #1

3. - Cost of the Infrastructure

4. - Auxiliary Materials and Equipment nedded in rising
operation.
5. - Cost of fluid supply systems ( air, gas(es), water, hot water, steam, etc... )
6. - Cost of Energy Supply System ( Cables, electric panels, wiring).
7. - Cost of Safety equipment / systems required for
a normal use of the production line.

8. - Cost of the work ( including technical advisors
and service engineers for the first days tests and set-up.
9. - Cost of Hiring Special tools / Equipment
